Purpose: To review progress, align on next steps, and avoid miscommunication.
2. Timely implementation
You agree to implement (or assign someone to implement) the recommended actions and workflows within a reasonable time frame (usually 3–5 business days).
This may include:
– Uploading leads or syncing tools
– Updating messaging, sequences, or processes
– Providing logins, approvals, or access to internal tools
Why: The system is agile, but only if we keep the momentum.
3. Access to required tools & data
We need the necessary access to:
– CRM / outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly)
– Your outbound inbox (or create a new one)
– Calendars or analytics tools (where relevant)
– ICP/customer data, messaging, and relevant materials
Everything stays confidential and secure.
4. Clear & candid feedback
You commit to providing honest feedback on:
– Messaging
– Targeting and lead quality
– Strategy and outreach performance
This includes flagging any blockers or discomfort early, so we can iterate fast.
5. No ghosting clause
I track activity and communication. If there’s more than 5 consecutive business days of no response, the guarantee becomes void. This isn’t to be punitive – it’s to keep the project on track and fair for both sides.
